I believe everyone can relate to how frustrating that is to speak with someone at work that he/she seems to be never on the same page and used an hour or more to try to explain the situation. What makes it even worse is that when the conversation is finished, he/she seems to still be confused or not following the point of the whole conversation.

Today we are not talking about why the person is not cooperating, we are talking about delivering a message and driving into conclusion as quickest as possible. When I first in my Sale life, I am fortunate to land on a company with an open mindset and allow myself to chit-chat with basically everyone in the company (Yes, including our bosses).
